Terms Of Service
Booking
All services require a 25% non-refundable deposit within 14 days from invoice to secure the booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the consultation, if not before.
Payment
Payments can be made for all services by bank transfer, cash or cheque.
Cancellation Policy
All services are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation no refund will be made with the exception of extreme circumstances.
Rescheduling
There are times when rescheduling a confirmed booking by a client is necessary. There is no extra charge for this unless it is less than two weeks before the consultation date. If this is the case, there will be an additional charge of £20 per reschedule.
Personal Information
All personal information taken and any other discussions of a personal nature held before, during and after the consultation are confidential. Personal information will not be shared with any third party for marketing or any other purposes. Any notes that are taken during the sessions will be held on file and will not be shared with any third parties or anyone else without your permission.
